Please review these terms and conditions very carefully. By registering a Booth with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as follows:
- This event is open to public.
– Tenants are NOT allowed to sell insurance and financial services.
– Tenants are NOT allowed to sell food and beverages.
– Tenants are NOT allowed to sell items prohibited by law.
– Please make full payment for confirmation of booth.
– Tenants must register at our registration booth before the event starts.
– Tenants must provide the verification code we provided in the email upon registering on the day.
– Booths will be allocated accordingly, please indicate if you’re taking multiple booths so we can arrange it together
– We will be providing 1 table and 2 chairs for each booth.
– Each tenant will only be permitted to bring ONLY 1 single tier clothing rack.
– Tenants are NOT allowed to bring their own tables and chairs.
– Tenants MUST start packing up half an hour earlier before the event ends.
– Tenants are to keep their area clean before they leave.
– The organisor will NOT be providing any forms of refund once payment made.
– The organisor holds NO responsibility over tenants’ profit and loss.
– This event is a Rain or Shine event. There will be NO refund in the event of rain. We will be providing shelter tentage for early birds.
– We will ONLY entertain refunds if the event has been called off due to insufficient responds.
– The organisor reserves the right to change the venue, date of event at any point of time deem necessary.
– The organisor reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
– The organisor’s decision will b final if any dispute arises.
